Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Live plant orders will be shipped on Monday/Tuesday's only in effort to prevent postal hold over the weekend. 

Shipping Times We partner with trusted suppliers to deliver your plants and accessories directly to your door. Estimated delivery times are 5–10 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping may be available at checkout.

Live Plant Shipping We take extra care to ensure your plants arrive healthy. All live plants are carefully packaged to minimize stress during transit. Some minor leaf stress or wilting upon arrival is normal — your plant should bounce back within a few days with proper care.

To protect your plants, we do not ship during extreme weather conditions (temperatures below 20°F or above 100°F). If your order is affected, we'll notify you and hold shipment until conditions are safe.

I also highly recommend adding the appropriate insulation and heat/cold packs!

Damaged or Dead on Arrival If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. If you failed to purchase the appropriate insulation/temp packs, and/or expedited shipping, this offer is void during temperatures below 20°F or above 100°F. 

Accessories & Pots Fragile items like ceramic pots and planters are carefully packaged, but if something arrives broken, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll send a replacement.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
